"I had rotator cuff surgery and could not have lived without it!  I still use it at night and (wake up with little sparkles stuck to me) and have been using it for 4 months.  It was just right to put under my arm for support and was soft enough to bend nicely.  I slid my arm into the straps and it fit perfectly to give me support when I was on my side.
